Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots (studio & location) from concept to final delivery.
- Operate video cameras and lighting, ensure high‑quality video capture (audio, framing, lighting).
- Collaborate with directors, creative & communications teams to align visuals with brand and content objectives.
- Maintain equipment and ensure readiness (cameras, microphones, lighting, grip equipment).
- Keep up with latest video trends, shooting techniques, gear, and software.
- Assist with post‑production as needed: rough cuts, selecting footage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3‑4 years hands‑on videography experience in the UAE or similar markets.
- Demonstrated portfolio of video work: interviews, commercials, social media content, event videos.
- Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment.
- Good understanding of lighting techniques, framing, shot composition.
- Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple shoots and deliverables.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Cinematography or related field preferred but not mandatory if strong portfolio.
