Job Posting: Business Development Executive

Location: On‑site, Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full‑time
Experience Level: 3‑4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: clients, sectors, collaborations.
  • Conduct market research: competitor analysis, industry trends, potential service offerings.
  • Attend networking events, meetings; represent Fpro Art professionally to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the creative & production teams to ensure proposals are feasible and deliverables can be met.
  • Track leads, sales pipeline, and report performance to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3‑4 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in media, creative services, or production industries.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of media/production workflows and creative services, so you can speak confidently with clients & production team.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Software Knowledge & Experience:

  • CRM Software (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) – Experience in tracking leads and managing sales funnels.
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace – Proficiency in Docs, Sheets, Slides for proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Canva / PowerPoint / Keynote – For building visually appealing client presentations.
  • Trello / Notion / Asana – Familiarity with project management tools (preferred).
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue) – Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) – Understanding content strategy & outreach.
